Drying:

• Do not tumble dry to avoid shrinkage.

• Do not dry clean to maintain fabric quality.

• Avoid ironing over printed areas to keep the design intact.

Please Note: We are not responsible for any changes in size, fit, or quality if items are washed or dried outside of these recommendations.

Domestic Shipping:

-Lost or Stolen Orders: Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during transit.

-Pre-Sale Orders: If you’ve placed a pre-sale order, please expect it to ship within 4 - 5 weeks.

-In-Stock Items: For items currently in stock, we aim to ship within 5 - 7 business days.

-Tracking Information: Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow 24 - 48 hours from receiving your tracking notification before reaching out for any updates, as it may take a little time for the tracking to update.

-Address Issues: Orders with incorrect addresses will not ship until the correct address is provided. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If your order has not shipped within the stated time frame, it may be due to an address error, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!

International Shipping:

-Shipping Time: International orders generally take longer to fulfill than our standard 1 -2 week domestic shipping time, so please be patient as we process your order.

-Required Information: For some international orders, we may need additional details like a Phone Number and a Valid Email Address. If you’re ordering from outside the United States, please provide your phone number at checkout to avoid any shipping delays.

-Address Verification: Some international addresses may not automatically be verified for shipment. If you haven’t received your shipment confirmation after 2 weeks, please contact us, and we’ll assist in getting your order processed.
